Impact Cam on the Forever 21 Elevator (again!) in Friendswood, TX.

Описание: (07-26-2015) This elevator has gotten worse than before! Forever 21 in Baybrook Mall, FIX (preferably, modernize) YOUR ELEVATOR!!!!

On a side note, this elevator also got stuck for 30 seconds before I left. I will be calling the Management Office at Baybrook Mall tomorrow (07-27-2015) to explain the situation. I'll keep you updated.

UPDATE (07-27-2015) - I called the management office earlier today and they gave me a number to Forever 21, and then Forever 21 gave me both an email address and phone number to their headquarters. I emailed the headquarters with a link to this video and awaiting a response. More updates to come as we progress.

UPDATE (07-28-2015) - There was no response, so I called the Forever 21 store in Baybrook Mall to report this issue to a manager. They're aware of this and they may modernize the elevator, or replace the hydraulic pump (which means it will have a new motor sound, like a new hydraulic elevator). They put in a priority request, and now we will wait and see what happens. I will do update videos when I can. I will attempt to call the corporate office tomorrow and see what they can do. Will keep you all updated. I really want to see this elevator modernized or the hydraulic pump replaced before the expansion of this mall is done for safety reasons. Since there will be a Dave and Busters, Star Cinema Grill, Nike, and some other stuff coming to Baybrook in the new outdoor wing, there will be a few more people coming to Forever 21 if they have to shop there, and if this elevator is still the same, it can cause problems. Again, I will keep you updated as this progresses between me (Elevators in the South) and Forever 21.

UPDATE (07-29-2015) - I just received a response from my email inquiry regarding this situation. Here is what they said:

"Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We have forwarded your suggestion to the correct department to have this looked into. We do apologize for an inconvenience this has caused you."

So will it be modernized? We'll see.

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT ELEVATOR (08-01-2015) - What I think this elevator is doing is that the hydraulic pump is sucking up oil pretty fast. On the phone call last week to this store, they mentioned that every week, they oil it up but it goes back to this pretty fast. This elevator is a death trap, and it has been stuck a lot. I will keep you all updated about the status of this elevator when I can.

UPDATE (09/03/2015) - It's been a month since an update was issued, and I want to give you this update. I went back to Baybrook Mall last week to pick up a game for my nephew (name omitted for safety reasons), and I went ahead and checked on this elevator. It's still the same, unmodded, same hydraulic pump. But it ran fine (for now). They still need to modernize this elevator before the expansion is complete. More updates to come.
