Seafood: How to make FISH ROE Salad / Dip. A superb starter for fish eaters.

Описание: If you've ever tried this type of fish roe salad, you'll probably want to try to make it at home. The homemade version of the roe dip is always better than the ready-made one :) It's a great idea to prepare the roe and serve it as a starter on toast, or just present it as a dip, together with other appetizers. I prefer cod roe but also herring, or some freshwater fish roe from carp or pike are appropriate for this recipe.
