Solid run. Some RNG was great but also a lot of bad switches. Would be sub 11 if not for a mission fail on 2nd or 3rd civil border patrol missions or playing big foot mission badly. No point to run this anymore in a while.
This category is about completing all strangers&freaks missions in the game. One of them is locked behind 100% completion so that's why the run includes 100% things like stunt jumps/bridges/knifes, shooting range, flight school etc. Helping Mike's family missions are not done because they are not strangers&freaks and are not required for 100%. Category uses Classic ruleset with om0 allowed.
