The man accused of killing a National Guard member and severely injuring another in Washington, D.C., last fall, appeared in federal court Wednesday for his arraignment.
Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, was rolled into the courtroom in a wheelchair and pleaded not guilty to all nine federal charges connected to the November attack that left one service member dead and another seriously wounded.
