The process of making oat silage is very simple

1. First of all, it is important to identify the best time to harvest oat silage. The crop should be nutritious and harvesting should start as soon as the grains are ready.
2. This is followed by the harvesting of oats and its making of silage, in which the forage is harvested from the horoster.
3. This chopped fodder is then transported to the bunker, for which a tractor trolley is used.
4. To save the silage, the cutters are made into bunkers or torsos and pressed with the help of tractors.
5. This chopped fodder is sprayed with anacolant which protects the silage for a long time.
6. Then salt is sprinkled on top (before covering) to prevent fungus attack from above.
7. Then the process of covering the bunker or torso begins. The top is covered with a plastic cover and covered with mud.
8. The silage is then left for 30 to 40 days, so that the silage is fully prepared. Then you can open this silage on one side and start putting the animals.

سائلیج بنانے کا طریقہ کار۔

جئ سائلیج بنانے کا عمل بہت آسان ہے۔

1. سب سے پہلے یہ ضروری ہے کہ جئ سائلیج کی کٹائی کے بہترین وقت کی نشاندہی کریں۔ فصل کو غذائیت سے بھرپور ہونا چاہئے اور دانہ پورا تیّار ھونے پر ہی فصل کی کٹائ شروع کرنی چاہئے ۔
2. اس کے بعد جئ کی کٹائی اور اس کا سایلج بنانے کا مرحلہ آتا ہے، جس میں فوریج ھاروسٹر سے کٹائ کی جاتی ہے۔
3. پھر اس کترے گئے چارے کو بنکر منتقل کیا جاتا ہے، جس کے لئے ٹریکٹر ٹرالی استعمال کی جاتی ہے۔
4. سائلیج کو محفوظ کرنے کے لئے کترے کو بنکر یا دھڑ بنا کر ٹریکٹروں کی مدد سے دبایا جاتا ہے.
5: اس کترے ہوۓ چارے پر طہ در طہ اناکولنٹ سپرے کیا جاتا ھے جو سائلیج کو لمبے عرصے تک محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔
6. پھر سب سے اوپر (کور کرنے سے پہلے)نمک کا چھڑکاؤ کیا جاتا ھے تاکے اوپر سے فنگس کا حملہ روکا جا سکے۔
7. پھر بنکر یا دھڑ کو ڈھانپنے کا عمل شروع ہوتا ہے۔ جس میں سب سے اوپر پلاسٹک کور سے ڈھانپ دیا جاتا ہے اور اس پر مٹی سے لیپ کیا جاتا ہے ۔

8.اسکے بعد سائلیج کو ۳۰ سے ۴۰ دن کے لئے چھوڑ دیا جاتا ہے، تا کہ سائلیج مکمل تیار ھو سکے۔ پھر اس سائلیج کو ایک طرف سے کھول کر جانوروں کو ڈالنا شروع کر سکتے ھیں۔

مویشیوں کو پالنا ان کی پرورش کا ایک اہم حصہ ہے۔ اوٹ سیلاج کے استعمال کا ایک بہت بڑا فائدہ فیڈ ویلیو میں اضافہ ہے جئی کا سائلیج فراہم کرتا ہے۔ جئ سائیلج میں مکئی کی نسبت کم پروٹین ہوتا ہے لیکن طاقت ذیادہ ھوتی ہے ۔
