A challenge run where we take some thematic items because this time around we are "Crime and Punishment" as the challenger put it! I really like thematic builds especially when they work well and this is kind of a no brainer because lots of damage up plus some overflow which makes it a pretty sweet build but lets see if theory goes into play just as well!
