Описание: We were just driving through a region of central Portugal when we saw something small walking awkwardly in the middle of the road. We didn't expect our travel vlog to turn into a rescue mission, but we couldn't just keep driving.

Meet the newest (and tiniest) member of our journey. In today’s video, we’re sharing the story of how we found this little guy, the challenges of finding abandoned animals in rural Portugal, and our first few days together. From a scary moment on the road to a good meal, a visit to the vet, and a day at the groomers. This is a day we will never forget.

In this video we also share our walk with the dogs to visit a lonely, white pony mare called "Princess", who is tied up outside in all weather without shelter - used simply as a living lawn mower. We love to visit Princess each day to give her apples and a carrot twice a day. It's the highlight of her otherwise dreary, monotonous day.

Traveling through Portugal has its highs and lows, but the kindness of the local community and the beauty of the landscape makes difficult situations a little easier to navigate. Whether you're here for the travel tips or the animal content, thank you for being part of this adventure.
