The one who masters the politics of his own mental mind, the one who masters the politics of his own demented perception, the one who becomes a commander in his own thinking rationality, will learn to master the mind of people. First, a leader has to take control of his own body, then he convinces and takes control of a group of people, and then that team put a great performance in a world and leaves an impact on this world. This is not only the game of emotions, a person needs conviction, certainty, belief, positivity, optimism, endurance, patience, and consistency. And a person can only gain all these when his emotions are governed, ruled, organized, and dominated by the perceptional values he has. Be principled, don’t let emotions drive you, control your emotions, and put emotions as the last resort for motivation.
