Just taken delivery of a salvage auction 2004 2.2 litre BMW Z4. No crash damage as such but everything is broken or does not work as it should.
Delivered with flat tyres, flat battery. Doors will not open, bonnet would not open wipers are a no go and the soft top does not work. What else am i going to find? ...radio appears to work :)
Join me on my journey to get this fixed up with new MOT and hopefully a trip to the lakes with top down.
I imagine there will be quite a few videos on fixing this up. Part 1 i try to fix the doors bowden cable.
I have had issues with these BMW locks before on my Mini Countryman. Hopefully i have better luck with Zed.
