NEW COLLEGE HOUSE (Renamed Lauder House)

"I picked New College House because I knew I was very picky when it came to cleanliness. I love living there now for the beautiful scenery quiet places to study. New College House is a beautiful dorm meant for people who like quietness."

DU BOIS

"Du Bois is very nice and a good fit for anyone who likes their own space. I would recommend picking a roommate beforehand so that you share a bathroom and common space with someone you can get along with. It’s also nice that it’s across all grades. It feels very similar to just having a little apartment."

GREGORY

"Gregory is not that far from much if you’re a stem major and love Wawa and Chipotle. It’s very diverse actually. I’ve met people from Korea, Singapore, Egypt, and the UAE. You’ll find some closed-minded opinions of Gregory out there, but I love it. There’s no AC that’s my only negative with my first home at Penn."

THE QUAD

"I love living in the quad because it‘s a nice escape from the city vibe of the rest of the campus. Not only is it, in my opinion, one of the most architecturally beautiful spots, but it’s a huge social hub. There’s always something to do and the people are really outgoing, but I wish there was more racial diversity."

KINGS COURT ENGLISH HOUSE

"I really like how we have our own sinks at Kings Court English House, how in English there is a whole wall of just windows, and how we have our own dining hall. It’s also small which makes it homier. It’s a little far from, say, Huntsman, but also not as out of the way as people make it out to be."

STOUFFER

“Stouffer is such a warm and tight-knit community. There’s always something to do and always food to eat. My favorite is definitely the Sunday morning brunches. I’m glad I chose Stouffer and I can guarantee you'll find a family here.”

HILL

"I love Hill so much! The Dean is always offering events to the house to build the Hill community. The rooms are small but it feels quite homie. Hill has all new appliances since it was recently renovated (including the cutest terraces, a gym, and a kitchen). It's definitely a social hub with many perks such as great study lounges, an elevator, and the bathrooms are private and clean!"
