THE move to do if you only had time for one...The Kneeling Captain Mobility
Super similar to the standing Captain, but more hip focused.
Stay in control of your movements. We are side bending the spine ON PURPOSE to condition it for the occasion when you may in a position where you have to side bend.
Take deep breaths at each stage and choose the range that works best for you. The great thing about this exercise is you have many opportunities to improve your mobility.
The Captain Morgan reference is only to provide a fun way to remember your starting position.
In NO WAY does this move have anything to do with alcohol consumption!
Don't wreck the fun for everyone, don't say "Captain Morgan", just say "I had a little Captain today” haha!
