As with all my videos, you can replay them as often as you'd like for ongoing healing benefits. You'll receive the specific healing you need each time you play them. Deep healing often occurs in layers over time, so repeated sessions can be highly beneficial. I did this sort of healing on myself almost every day for over a year in order to heal a wide range of health problems and pain. 

For the best results, I recommend doing daily healing. You can play my "Daily Playlist" which is under the "Playlists" Tab. You can turn the volume down low, and play it when you go to sleep if you don't have time during the day.
