He presents striking data showing wind and solar have received more federal subsidies than all fossil fuels combined, with solar getting 100 times more per megawatt-hour than natural gas. Despite massive subsidies approaching $1 trillion over the next decade, Texas electricity prices have risen 28% in just four years.
