Zenimax online studios altered a lot over the last few patches, ONE of the major changes was the alteration to critical chance values. Simply because it was too easy to have loads of critical chance without even specializing into it. THIS build however, is deliberately specialized to not only have as much critical chance as possible BUT to make those "critical damage" passives ALWAYS useful, rather than being tied to chance, now your stacked bonuses, are not OCCASIONALLY working, but are there all the time!
99.9% chance of critting on the front bar means you will basically NEVER fail a crit! Hence the name, FLAWLESS!
