Finding out students' career self-concepts is difficult due to the poor transition between school and work. Even though most schools in Uganda provide career guidance and counseling, school counselors help students navigate the myriad of educational and career paths available to them by offering tailored advice and support. We talk to Divine Vhovha — Deputy Head Curriculum and Center Coordinator at Kabojja International School — and Patrick Museruka — Careers Coordinator at Kabojja International School — about the efficacy of career guidance and counseling in Uganda's schools.
