Описание: Hi gang…back again this week this time with a request from Sheila ( a lovely lady in our Eagle Ukes group ) for this Italian song made famous by Englebert Humperdinck. My mum sadly passed away in 2015 and Englebert was her favourite singer so this will also be a fitting tribute to her and we hope she likes what we’ve done with this one.
It was written by Tony Renis and Lyrics were by Alberto Testa in 1962 and Englebert released it in 1968. Other folk have also covered it including Michael Buble when he performed it as a duet with Nelly Furtado in 2005.
