(30 Apr 1962) The police at Southend-on-Sea say that their station is the most up-to-date in the country. So, our cameramen went there to have a good look round. For instance, there is an easy-to-work filing system, the only one of its kind in the entire force. And the main switchboard looks something like a panel for rocket launching! Policewoman Fox was able to supply details.
