Описание: Welcome back, bookworms! On this video I’ll review the historical fantasy novel – A Declaration of the Rights of Magicians by H. G. Parry.

This is an epic combining the real history of the French revolution with fantasy. In this book’s world, some people are born with magical powers, which is another way in which the monarchy controls its people. The magical commoners in France, led by Shadowmancer Camille Desmoulins and Mesmer Maximilian Robespierre, rebel against their unfair treatment which cause England to rake actions against them. All the while, a mysterious figure seems to be controlling everything from behind the scenes. Only he knows how far his influence go and what his end goal is.
