Infertility concerns 80 million couples worldwide. For many infertile women, egg donors are their only hope of getting pregnant. In France, egg donors are not paid and the process is anonymous, leading to a shortage of donors. Experts say France would need about 900 more to satisfy existing demand. And black women often have to wait four times as long for a donor. Our reporters went to find out more about this taboo subject.
