Officially opened on the 8th of March, 2018.

During the construction of the Center, the newest, most advanced developments in the field of construction, engineering and architecture were applied.

During implementing of the 3D facade, the latest technologies were used in the design:
BIM (building information modeling);
3D-geodetic scanning of structural elements;
Creating of 3D-model on the actual measurements of construction structure;
Compilation of a control program adapted for a CNC-equipment of machining workshop.

Facade material:
aluminium J57s_Up (5005a) Novelis Germany

Anodizing:
Color anodizing Sandalor 10’000 sq.m, Plant "KTM" Belarus;
Classic anodizing EURAS 5’000 sq.m, Novelis Germany.

The perforated part of the aluminum facade (tape) is made of pre-anodized aluminum colored in classic EURAS C0, semi-gloss surface E0.
The colored part of the facade formed by ColorELOX technology, Sandalor/Qualanod system.

Sandalor color anodizing was made of three basic colors:
S150-3 "Blue Cobalt" (6’500 sq.m);
S120 "Old Gold" in four shades (1’500 sq.m);
S130 "Orange Aperol" in four shades (950 sq.m).

Exclusive "know-how" of the company "KTM-2000":
part of the facade is made with the help of completely new unique technology - ArtELOX artistic anodizing.
It's combination of EURAS C32-C34 "Wood structure" with semi-gloss surface E0 (1’000 sq.m.).
The design was developed by Dmitriy BYKOV (Minskproekt).
