Chorrol Mages Guild Recommendation // Fingers of the Mountain (TES IV Oblivion)

Описание: Chorrol Mages Guild Recommendation quest starts upon talking with Teekeeus, the guild steward in Chorrol, who asks that you speak with Earana and figure out what she wants so he can get rid of her.

It turns out what she wants is the book called Fingers of the Mountain, found at Cloud Top. Earana tells you to bring it to her while Teekeeus doesn't want that, telling you to bring it to him instead.

It truthfully doesn't matter who you bring it to as the one who you didn't bring it to will give you the chance to steal it from the other person.

When you bring the book to Earana, you need to presumably wait 24 hours but not in the same zone as her (this is my theory at least).

Be warned that you should do this quest as early as possible as the stronger the Finger of the Mountain spell gets, the more Magicka inefficient it will be. It is only ever actually cost-effective (compared to spells you can make yourself) from levels 1-4. Mine is the level 5 version.

And like I said, regardless of whether you choose Earana or Teekeeus, you will get both the Recommendation and the Finger of the Mountain spell at the end.
