In today’s world, being present almost feels like a luxury.
Growing up in the 2000s, being aware of what was happening around you felt natural. We weren’t constantly pulled in different directions by notifications, endless scrolling, and screens demanding our attention.
And if I’m honest, I miss that.
Watching my little boy grow, I’ve realised I want that slower, more connected way of living to be part of his childhood too.
In this video, I’m sharing the small changes we’re making to create more presence in our everyday lives.
