Introducing the Impossible Things Workshop! In March 2025, we hosted our first Impossible Things Workshop at the Dreams Resort in Madeira Island. This workshop, part of our EU-funded TWILIGHTED project (https://twilighted.eu) brought together 40 people with a mix of backgrounds and knowledge from across Europe, the USA and Africa to brainstorm ways to reduce the costs of deep-sea research.
Thank you to Blue Robotics and the Dreams Resort for helping make this event possible, and for all our incredible participants for your positivity and ideas! Our next Impossible Things Workshop will be held in 2027 – follow MARE-Madeira and TWILIGHTED_EU on social media to know when to apply!
