This is a video of a project we did in July of 2019. It was removal of a failing big box store epoxy floor system, heavy grinding to repair spalls, primer, then we used a steel trowel to level the epoxy to flatten out spalls and broadcasted chips to refusal, scraped, then installed 2 grout coats and 1 urethane topcoat.
