This time-lapse documentation details the construction activities at the 19 Road crossing over the Independent Ranchman's Ditch between January and June 2025.
This footage is provided as supplementary documentation for the City of Fruita's After-the-Fact (ATF) permit application currently under review by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
