INGREDIENTS:
Dough
►3 Cups + 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
►1 1/2 tsp salt
►1 3/4 cups water
►1 tsp olive oil
►1/2 cup of all-purpose flour for sprinkle dough
►1/4 cup olive oil for coating

Filling (Beef)
►1.32 lb. ground beef
►1 large onion
►1 tsp salt
►1/8 tsp pepper

Filling (Potatoes)
►6 medium potatoes
►1 small onion
►salt & pepper to taste
►1 Tbsp olive oil

Bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes
Coating
1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
