Описание: Toompea is a hill in the old town of Tallinn and the place where the city started. At different times, several fortresses have been located there, some parts of the last one are still there.
Today, among other things, the most important state institutions of Estonia are located there - the parliament, the government, the office of the chancellor of justice and national audit office. Among other things, there are also several viewing platforms from which you can enjoy great views of the city and where millions of identical photos have been taken . :)
This video was taken early in the morning, half an hour later there was already a large crowd.
