Broken rice or “Riz casse”as it is locally called in Cameroun, I’ must say is highly underrated! This is one of my long times faves and a perfect substitute for perfume rice for me.
How ever it can be quite complicated to cook if you don’t know what to do. So this video shows you how to achieve the best results when cooking broken rice.
PS: for extra flavor you can add a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the salt before frying the rice.
