Instructions (Forward Bend):
Inhale, stand tall and lengthen the spine.
Exhale, fold forward from the hips – repeat for 3 rounds.
Hold the pose for at least 15 secs, breathing steady.
Inhale to rise back up, keeping knees straight if possible and avoid overarching the back.
