Описание: In this video we visit a legendary 50-year-old Iranian restaurant that’s become a true local institution, famous for its slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone lamb necks, juicy marinated chicken thighs, and all sorts of classic kebabs served with perfectly steamed Persian rice and rich loobia polo (green bean rice with meat).
The camera follows the entire process from start to finish, from breaking down and seasoning the meat to charcoal grilling over open flames, layering and steaming the rice, and plating up generous portions during a non-stop rush in a tiny kitchen that has barely changed in decades, all inside a dining room that’s absolutely packed with loyal regulars and hungry newcomers watching plate after plate of old-school Persian comfort food fly out of the kitchen.
