Описание: Women Veterans have a higher risk of cervical cancer than non-Veteran women. VA wants you to have the health care you need to live your best life—one way to do that is to take advantage of regular health screenings. The good news is that you can receive your routine well-woman exam through VA if you are enrolled in VA health care. Screening for cervical cancer can help with early detection and may diagnose other treatable concerns, such as infections. If you have questions, need assistance, or need to enroll in VA health care, call the Women Veterans Call Center at 1-855-VA-WOMEN (1-855-829-6636) to get information and to be connected with resources.
