Steps:
1️⃣ Take 5–6 mixed vegetables (any of your choice) and cut into regular pieces.
2️⃣ In a pressure cooker, add all chopped vegetables.
3️⃣ Add 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, few garlic cloves, dried red chilli (as per spice level), coriander leaves, and a pinch of turmeric.
4️⃣ Add 1 tbsp salt, ½ glass water, and 4 tbsp sambar powder.
5️⃣ Mix everything well and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
6️⃣ Open the lid, add tempering (optional), and mix well.
7️⃣ Your 5-Min Instant No Dal Sambar is ready to serve hot! 🍛
