🎀 Neon Pink Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl – Cutting & Fusing Process
✅ Materials Needed:
Neon Pink Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

Cutting machine (e.g., Cricut, Silhouette, etc.)

Weeding tools

Heat press or home iron

T-shirt or fabric of choice (preferably cotton or cotton blend)

Teflon sheet

✂️ Step 1: Design & Cut
Create Your Design:

Use cutting software (Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, etc.)

Mirror the image/text before cutting! (Glitter HTV is cut in reverse.)

Load the Vinyl:

Place the shiny side (glittery side) down on your cutting mat.

The dull (adhesive) side should face up for the blade to cut.

Cut Settings:

Blade: Fine-point or deep-cut blade

Cut pressure: Medium to High (Test cut first!)

Speed: Slow to moderate

Tip: Use the "Glitter Vinyl" or “Custom Glitter HTV” setting on your cutter.

🧹 Step 2: Weeding
Gently peel away the excess vinyl, leaving your mirrored design on the clear carrier sheet.

Use weeding tools for small letters or intricate details.

🔥 Step 3: Heat Application (Fusing Process)
Preheat Fabric:

Press the shirt or fabric for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Position the Design:

Place the weeded design (carrier side up) onto the fabric where desired.

Pressing Conditions (Heat Press Recommended):

Temperature: 160°C to 170°C (320°F to 338°F)

Time: 12 to 15 seconds

Pressure: Medium to firm

Cover with Teflon sheet to protect the vinyl and fabric.

Using Home Iron:

Set to “Cotton” or “High” setting (No steam!)

Press firmly over each section for 10–15 seconds

Apply pressure evenly—don’t slide the iron.

Peel Type:

Warm peel (Wait 5–10 seconds after pressing, then peel the carrier)

🧼 Aftercare Tips:
Wait 24 hours before washing.

Machine wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle.

No bleach or fabric softener.

Tumble dry low or hang dry.

Do not iron directly on the design.
