This front squat progression is part of my next 3 week strength cycle. I structure my programming according to 3 week periods of performing variations of main movements like the squat, deadlift, military press and the bench press. The last three weeks was dedicated to back squats with a belt. This next three weeks will be dedicated to Front Squats with no belt. This should build core strength and allow me to lift heavier weight in the long run.
