This video shows you how to install the DJI .CUBE file that converts D-LOG M footage to REC.709.
D-LOG M footage will look washed out by default, but it will store more colour information, allowing you to apply greater colour correction when editing.
You can download a free conversion tool, or LUT, from the DJI website, however it's not immediately clear how to permanently add this to Adobe Premiere.
If you use the Input LUT Browse facility, it will only add it for the selected footage - the next time you add some footage and pull down the Input LUT dropdown it won't be listed. So, you have to download the LUT and install it into a specific folder.
The folder where you need to place the LUT may differ, depending on your version of Premiere and operating system, but one trick (not covered in the video) is to search for *.cube within the Adobe folder and all subfolders - this should help you to identify the right folder. Another hint is to look at the existing LUTs that appear in the Input LUT dropdown - when you search for *.cube, the folder in which they appear is the folder that you need to place the downloaded DJI LUT.
