Honestly, when I started recording this video I was intending to show how this gauge pod is milled. Instead I accidentally tested three different helix angles back to back using the same G-code. The fact that I increased the angle with both end mill changes was an accident. I think the results speak for themselves.
By the way: the depth of cut most of the time is ~22 mm.
