This video shows how PolyK piezo d33 meter is used to measure d33 of soft electret film by using (1) a static force sensor to precisely control the clamping static force and (2) a pair of 10 mm diameter flat electrode to minimize the pressure on the soft electret material. The results are surprisingly reproducible.
The pressure can be further reduced by sandwiching the sample between a pair of larger size metal plates.
