Описание: This is one of my favorite cuts of meat. Incredible juicy and with a flavor out of this world. Not as tender as a ribeye, but what its lacks in tenderness it makes up in flavor. The process is simple. Trim it as you see I did. Add some coarse salt and garlic. Hot and fast on the grill for 1-2 minutes each sides until you get a nice colour. Slice up into thick steaks and back onto the grill until it hits your desired doneness.
