Sighs and Slides
A great goal for ANY practice session is finding ease in your singing voice.
A clear, supported sigh-like slide is a wonderful cue for the body that can be transferred into pitched descending slides or descending scales and arpeggios.
I love using a falling gesture as a physical metaphor for the free release of sound and the ease of airflow. Give it a try!
