After nearly a month of adventuring, it’s time to pack up the dog and make the long cross-country flight back home.
The good news? High pressure dominates the entire route, making this about as smooth and straight forward as an 800-mile IFR trip can get. Still, there’s something special about a traversing the country — settling into cruise, managing fuel stops, and watching the miles tick by from south to north.
Come along for the full journey as we make our way from Florida back to Michigan in the Cirrus SR22 G7, with a fuel stop in Kentucky along the way.
