This week I thought I'd take you back to the basics and break down how to make a thick smoothie bowl. Whether you have a vitamix or a cheap blender, it IS possible to get that super thick and creamy consistency you've been dreaming of.

I also wanted to show you the behind the scenes of how I film my tiktoks by making one of my famous Taylor Swift Smoothie Bowls with you! Today I made an Earl Grey infused smoothie bowl inspired by the cover of her album Folklore and I have to say, it's one of my favorite smoothie bowls in this series so far. RECIPE:
1/2 cup strongly steeped earl grey tea - chilled
1 frozen banana
4 frozen coconut cream cubes
1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1 scoop cookies and cream protein powder (optional)
2 Oreo cookies (optional)
activated black charcoal (optional)

Blend all ingredients except the black charcoal in a high speed blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with black charcoal. ENJOY!
