Isaiah reminds us that human strength runs out—even "young men shall utterly fall." But God's strength is inexhaustible. The secret to energy is not striving more; it is "waiting" on the Lord. Exchanging your weakness for His power.

🙏 A Prayer for Strength
"Lord, I confess that I am tired. I have been running on my own strength and I am burnt out. Today, I choose to wait on You. I exchange my weariness for Your power. Lift me up above my storms like an eagle. Give me the grace to run and not be weary, to walk and not faint. I trust in Your timing. In Jesus' name, Amen."
