Looking at creativity vs.affordability and rights to the city this film is more than a local documentary on Amsterdam. It explores the dominant re/development pattern in late capitalist cities, the Dutch Squatting ban 2010 and Richard Florida’s influential book as »New American Dream«. What is new about this dream? What happens when the hype is over?
