Meet the heart and soul of Ludi's Restaurant, the beloved downtown Seattle restaurant

Описание: It's a typical morning at Ludi's Restaurant. A line stretches out the door and onto Seattle's 2nd Avenue sidewalk. These folks come for the warm welcome, for the stacks of bright purple ube pancakes, the longganisa, the lumpia, but, more often than not, they come back to see Gregorio 'Greg' Rosas.

"My dad is a character. He loves to connect with everybody here," said Rita Glenister, Co-Owner of Ludi's and Rosas' daughter. "He's like the downtown grandpa."

Rosas has a way with numbers, birthdays in particular. If you tell him once, it's committed to memory. And he delights in meeting visitors from around the world.
