Our Legoland Adventure

Описание: Our family went to Legoland Windsor to enjoy and experience the magical place. Daddy and mummy decided to stay there for two nights so we were able to enjoy not just the park, but all the amenities of Legoland resort.

We met mummy's brother and his family for a day and we were all happy walking around the park, and enjoying the day.

We stayed at the Castle Hotel. As soon as we entered the hotel, it looked magnificent. All of the decorations were made out of lego and there is a designated area where kids can play with legos.

Olivia and Jacob particularly loved their bed space - it is a themed room with a bunk bed for the kids and a double bed for the parents. The beds were placed with privacy for both parents and kids. There was a lego area near the bunk beds so the kids were able to enjoy themselves creating lego master pieces. Play station was also available if they want to play some games.

The restaurants -- hmm... in a resort park like Legoland, we expected for everything to be a bit pricey. There were three restaurants in the resort which can be accessed by hotel guests - The Tournament Tavern (located at the Castle Hotel), the Bricks Family restaurant (a buffet style restaurant located at the Resorts Hotel), and the Skyline Bar (located at the Resorts Hotel but no need to book it if you want to eat or have a drink). It was suggested for guests to book breakfast at the restaurant where you are staying at. However, on our first breakfast, we were asked to go to Bricks as there was a problem in the Tavern's kitchen. The kids enjoyed the buffet styled breakfast as they felt independent getting the food that they want to eat.

We were able to go to most of the rides at the park. Olivia enjoyed the extreme rides like the MInifigure Speedway, Jolly Rocker, and Autumn's Riding Adventure. On the other hand, Jacob loved the less extreme rides (he is only 4 after all) like the Deep Sea Adventure, Lego Ninjago The Ride, and Flight of the Sky Lion.


Overall, we enjoyed the experience and Olivia & Jacob will definitely remember this day.
