Kohberger which led to the civil defamation action for money damages filed on December 21, 2022 known as Schofield v. Guillard which is set to go to trial in February 2026 in Boise, Idaho (federal court)
Everything here represents the pure opinion, commentary, speculation and rhetorical questions per the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which states at Amendment I:
