How about that Super Bowl? And more importantly—how about that Bad Bunny?


I’ll be writing more about Bad Bunny and his (I believe) Pisces New Moon chart. The timing is interesting, as I’m also releasing my 2026 Fire Horse forecast later this week. In it, I talk about the eclipses that kick off this Fire Horse year—February 17, followed by March 3.


This is energy that ignites the collective. It inspires, agitates, and polarizes. For some, it’s uncomfortable. For others, it sparks connection, acceptance, and a deeper sense of shared humanity.


Music plays a powerful role here. It’s one of our most universal languages.


I’m historically a visual artist. I love art in all forms, but I never had musical aptitude beyond appreciation. Still, sound’s ability to uplift, connect, and promote empathy doesn’t require language. Opera is a perfect example. You don’t need to understand Italian or German—what matters is the movement, the emotion, the passion.


Bad Bunny taps into that same current. If you take the time to interpret his lyrics, you hear themes of love, connection, injustice, and pride—shared human experiences that transcend borders.

Monday, February 9: Scorpio Moon Reckonings


On Monday, the Sun and Moon are both in Scorpio, just as they were during the Super Bowl. This stirs passion—positive and negative—and we’re still in that emotional arc as the Moon moves toward a square with Venus.


I don’t expect peace and love to suddenly reign after a showcase of talent staged within a culture centered on competition and collision. With the Scorpio Moon, controversy and polarity continue—around the weekend’s events and what’s unfolding globally.


This is roiling emotional energy. It’s a powerful time to look at finances and resources with a clear, critical lens. What’s working? What isn’t? Are your investments—financial or energetic—aligned with what you truly value?


If you’re riding a wave, ask yourself: Do I actually believe in what I’m supporting? As we continue questioning how money is magnified and where it flows, we’ll see ongoing economic shifts throughout the year.


Monday is intense. Choose company that allows for mutual understanding. If you encounter push–pull dynamics, notice what’s being asked of you emotionally.


With the Scorpio Moon squaring Venus, the question becomes: Are your needs for comfort and emotional safety aligned with your values, desires, and sense of self-worth?


For some, this balance comes easily. For others, there’s conflict—wanting one thing but feeling it comes at the cost of another. This can be a day of reckoning rather than crisis.


A simple example: a friend wants you to spend money you don’t feel comfortable spending. Do you accommodate—or do you speak your truth and suggest an alternative? These moments require honesty with yourself and with others.


Tuesday–Wednesday, February 10–11: Fire, Momentum, and Misalignment


The Moon enters Sagittarius early Tuesday morning (2:22 a.m. ET), shifting the tone dramatically. Sagittarius energy is fast, fiery, optimistic, and enthusiastic.


Ideas flow. Motivation spikes. The desire to move forward intensifies.


The key caution while the Moon is in Sagittarius—through Thursday—is communication. Excitement can outpace clarity. Make sure what you say is actually understood. Ask people to reflect back what they heard.


By Wednesday, some may feel unsupported or realize they assumed backing that isn’t there. If you’re moving forward on passion alone, ask yourself: Do I have the resources, the players, the time?


Sometimes you can act solo—but only if you recognize that’s what you’re doing. Assuming support can lead to frustration.


Also be realistic: illness, weather extremes, and unexpected disruptions are common this time of year. Exuberance may need to yield to practicality.


Remember, we’re in a waning Moon cycle. This week is better for finishing, clearing, and preparing than launching something brand new.


Thursday–Friday, February 12–13: Capricorn Brings It Home


The Moon goes void of course at 2:29 p.m. Thursday, then enters Capricorn at 2:44 p.m.


Capricorn shifts us into grounded, productive momentum. This is energy that finishes, completes, and problem-solves. If something isn’t working, Capricorn doesn’t lament—it adjusts.


While it’s not ideal to initiate major projects in a waning cycle, life happens. Contracts finalize. Opportunities arise. Awareness is what makes the difference.


Friday the 13th carries surprisingly supportive energy—possibly a lot at once. Momentum builds quickly, helping things come together. Saturn returns to Aries where it will travel through 4/12/2028. It ignites more of the fire of 2026.


The weekend is excellent for planning, organizing, and envisioning what you want to launch in the next lunar cycle.
