PANEER PAPAD FINGERS RECEIPE:
Ingredients:
For Marinating Paneer:
200 Gms Paneer
1 TSP Salt
1 TBSP Red Chilli Powder
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
For Paneer Coating:
1/4 Cup Refined Flour (Maida)
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
6-8 Papad
Oil for Frying
Cooking Method:
-Take 200 Gms paneer sliced into 1/2 inch X 1/2 inch X 3 inch pieces.
-Sprinkle Salt, Red Chilli Powder and Lemon Juice on the Paneer pieces. Coat the Paneer from all sides and cover and keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
-Take 6-8 raw Papads and break them into very small pieces.
-Take 1/4 Cup all purpose flour in a bowl. Add 1/2 TSP salt and 1/2 TSP Black Pepper Powder. Mix all together. Then add water and prepare a thin slurry.
-Take 1 piece of Marinated paneer. Dip it into the slurry and coat from all sides. Then cover it with papad pieces from all sides. Repeat for all paneer pieces.
-Heat some Oil in a kadai. When the oil is hot, put 4 to 5 papad paneer rolls in the oil. Reduce the flame to medium high. Fry till golden brown. Then remove them on a tissue.
-Sprinkle some Chat Masala on the Paneer Papad Fingers.
-Serve them hot with Schezwan Chutney.
