Описание: I'm a wanna-be fighter. I've been in one single-elimination martial arts competition at the turn of the millenium and came away losing after 5 minutes with a concussion. here's a recent excerpt of a workout filmed over two days at the Penn Training Centers in Hilo and Honolulu, Hawaii. I'm mostly just playing around. I cannot claim to have any real training. real fighters have called my technique, head movement, defense, and form "terrible" at the best. I watch a lot of fights on TV though. :) I made this video for my buddy Michael Lee, one of my favourite people on earth. I hope this video makes you laugh. I tried to make it as un-boring as possible...but with me, sometimes, that's unpossible. yes. unpossible.
