Day SIXTY of One Year of Raw Milk Diet!

Описание: It's still very hard for me to post this - I have such higher standards for myself than what I have yet achieved. And yet, God has grace for me in my imperfection, in my lack. I did search through my drives for a proper "before" photo, but i wasn't able to find anything shirtless. Not that y'all need to see that, but I think it would be a helpful encouragement for those who struggle with their weight and body image. We're investing in some free weights so that I can develop my muscles through regular weight resistance. It feels good to step more into health every day. God bless you.
